Dr. Korrie Lalim
Dr. Korrie Lalim grew up in a small farming community in North Dakota. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota and graduated with a Doctor of Optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry in 2001.
She was fortunate to broaden her clinical experience with external clinical rotations at the Manchester Veterans Administration Hospital in Manchester, NH, the Wolfe Eye Clinic in Cedar Rapids, IA and the Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago, IL.
She left Chicago to move to the Emerald Coast in 2006 where fell in love with the beaches and the lifestyle. Dr. Lalim is very thankful to call South Walton home. She spent the last fourteen years in various private and commercial settings and is now thrilled to open her own practice to serve the community of South Walton. Optikk 30A is located in Red Fish Village on Scenic 30A.
Dr. Natalie Pelly
Dr. Natalie Pelly, earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With a passion for helping others see clearly, Dr. Pelly has dedicated her career to providing top-notch eye care to patients. She takes pride in staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in optometry and is committed to delivering personalized care to each individual she sees.
When she's not in the office, you can find her spending time with her husband, son, and golden doodle, as well as deep sea and bay fishing. Dr. Pelly is truly grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
Marianne
Practice Administrator
After a fulfilling career in banking, Marianne moved to Santa Rosa Beach from New Hampshire in 2011 to escape the cold. She enjoyed living the beach life, traveling and doing yoga for 10 years before she decided it was time to become a part of the 'real world' againο»Ώ.
Her family, dogs and traveling are her loves. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, reading and spending time with friends. Her favorite eyewear line is Anne et Valentin.
Gina
Jedi Master of Frame Styling, Optical Manager, ABOC
Gina has over two decades of experience in the eye care industry. Originally from southern California, she moved to the Emerald Coast sixteen years ago.
Her passion for helping people see clearly and look their best drives her to provide amazing service to every patient who walks through our doors. Whether it's finding the perfect pair of glasses or ensuring an accurate prescription, she takes pride in making sure everyone leaves satisfied. When she is not helping people see clearly, you can find her cuddling with her bunnies & cats or planning her next epic Halloween costume. Her favorite eyewear is anything black + cat eye.
Tori
Patient Care Technician, ABOC, NCLE
In 2020, Tori fell into optical by chance and found out it made her brain tick in just the right way. After moving from Memphis to Destin, she knew she wanted to stay in optical, but not just at any ordinary eye doctor's office. She knew she wanted to remain in independent eyewear and private practice.
Since 2020, she has obtained her American Board of Opticianry and National Contact Lens Examiners certifications. Tori loves educating people about their eyes, contacts, and glasses so they can continue to be their best advocate.
Her favorite eyewear line is Theo, and in her free time you'll find her with her dog, watching Memphis Grizzlies basketball, and eating Taco Bell, often all at the same time.
Heather
Patient Care Technician
Heather, our ophthalmic technician and scribe, prides herself on being patient care centered. She strives to provide excellent customer service to all guests who walk through our doors.
Heather was born and raised in the North Georgia mountains, she moved to Florida in 2016 to be closer to family in Santa Rosa Beach. She graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in 2013 with a degree in Environmental Horticulture.
In her spare time Heather loves spending time outdoors on hikes with her family, curling up with a good book, traveling and discovering new places. Heather is also a part time chandler, you can find her at local festivals on the weekends with her delicious smelling candles. She lives with her loving husband, her spunky and outspoken daughter, and two very judgmental cats.
